Silly Art & HOW LONG HAS IT BEEN?!

I have been slowly working on art!
It is mostly silly art. Weird animals with snarky phrases. I have been streaming their creation on Wednesdays on YouTube and Twitch. I am not expecting any money or anything from the streams. It is more to keep me accountable to actually make art.
Having such a terrible art block was... well, terrible. While I am still not ready to take on any large traditional paintings, I have been having a ton of fun doing these smaller digital creations.
I learned that female sloths scream until a male shows up to made with them. Hagfish choke their attackers with their slime. Platypus' are just all kinds of weird. I have done a bunch of different creatures and it was fun to learn about them too.
I have started a digital project that I have wanted to do for a long time. Maybe not quite the way I imagined it originally, but I am doing it. I think this will be better than whatever I wanted originally.
I have been drawing a comic version of "East of the Sun, West of the Moon." It is a very old fairytale. Probably Norwegian, or whatever the people called themselves in ancient times. The twist is that it is a "Sir Lemon" adventure!
Tomorrow will be the third stream on this project. We are about 3 paragraphs into the story. It isn't a super long tale, but there are so many places that illustrations and comic panels work. I am having a hard time picking the important things to illustrate.
I have so many other things going on in my life. It is not really appropriate to share online. Typing that I realize I have mentioned some of them on stream. Not that anyone watches them... outside the AI bots that scrape YouTube and Twitch.
Some of the things I have created since the last post. OMG OCTOBER 2025! It has been that long? Geez
Some of these are from 2025, but most are from 2026. I can't believe I haven't even thought to make a blog post since October of 2025. Proof that I was not in a great place.
I am really doing much better. As evidence by the new art and that I started streaming again.
